No. You can apply to adopt without an account. If you want to track your application, you can sign in with Google, Facebook, or a passwordless email login link — the email login works in any browser, including the in-app browsers of WhatsApp and Instagram.

To protect both sides and prevent scams and spam, contact details are not shown directly on the page. After you fill in the adoption form, the giver's contact opens so you can reach out — and the giver also receives your application.

AdopsiKu never processes payments, so there is no 'transfer first' loophole. Photos are automatically checked for duplicates, every listing has a Report button, and rescue organisations are verified and badged. The golden rule: never send money before meeting the animal in person.

Yes. By default only your city is shown, not your full address. Your contact number is not shown publicly — it only opens to a prospective adopter after they fill in the adoption form. We follow Indonesia's PDP (data protection) law and you can delete your data at any time.

No. Selling animals is banned on AdopsiKu, and private givers may not charge any fee. AdopsiKu is an adoption platform, not a marketplace. Only Verified Rescue Partners may request a transparent care-cost reimbursement.

You'll get an email notification for every new adoption application, including the applicant's details. You can also see all applications on your listing page anytime.

Absolutely. You see each applicant's answers — their home, experience, and reasons — and decide who fits best. The goal is the right home, not just the first to ask. You can edit or delete a listing anytime, and when the animal is adopted you simply mark it 'adopted'.

An animal-rescue organisation or shelter we have verified and given a special badge, so adopters immediately know they are trustworthy.
